Congratulations to our seniors!

Last week, Albie, Tim, and Kristin, our 3 seniors in Kairos 3, treated the staff out to an incredible and delicious dinner at China Village in Albany, a small town next to Berkeley.

The restaurant is famous for their spicy food, in particular, their Mordor soups. Very good food! Unlike Dora, I was able to handle most of the spiciness. The seniors made and brought a cake for all of us to enjoy afterward and really showed their thankfulness to the staff. We were all very touched and thankful for their presence in our lives this past year! On an unrelated note, Ken consumed a rather large piece of cake.

Magic Mountain outing for Gracepoint Fellowship college

Exciting news for summer outing! Those of you who reside in So-Cal, we (college department) will be taking a road trip down to Magic Mountain to have some serious fun and excitement. We have secured a discounted price for our group and even a private location at Magic Mountain for our group to eat lunch during the day with special cartoon characters if we’re lucky!

Sign up by this Friday even if you’re not too sure if you’ll be able to make it. We just need to have an estimated number.
