Wow, I’ve never actually been to Muir Woods! Every time an opportunity came for me to go, there was always something else that came up. I’m really looking forward to going this Saturday!
Did you know that John Muir was known for his conservation efforts of great national treasures like Yosemite and the Hetch Hetchy Valley? That’s why he is honored by forever being etched onto the California state quarter.
